            • Primarily aimed for technical support team and developers
            • 2-week version, 3-week version, 4-week version with increased depth in knowledge
            • Comes with a prerequisite of having IT background (basic understanding of any programming language)

Apart from this, we also provide training on a specific feature in Siebel and answer technical queries. Cost of this varies with time and agreed Service Level Agreement on responses/solutions/accesses provided
